With Copa América creating a buzz, we saw an opportunity to boost sales by combining football excitement with a strategic marketing approach. Our goal was twofold: drive customer growth and enhance retention. As project manager, I led a cross-functional team, ensuring a seamless execution across marketing, web development, and design.

The campaign revolved around an interactive experience that strengthened the connection between our brand and customers. As the project manager, I oversaw the development of the whole six-month project website that maximized engagement while also coordinating a morale-boosting internal event for our sales team. From concept to execution, I managed strategy, design, and implementation—aligning creative vision with business goals.
